Meet the team

Jill Mitcheson

Jill is one of the directors.  She is ARLA qualified and has been in the lettings business for over 20 years.  Jill uses her extensive experience in letting to value properties to achieve their maximum rental and keep voids to a minimum.  Jill liaises with our landlords to give feedback and advice. Jill does many of the viewings on the available properties.  Having valued and let the properties Jill compiles an accurate inventory ready to carry out the end of tenancy check outs.

Kate Morgan

Kate is also a director and has worked in the lettings industry for over fourteen years.  Kate is a member of ARLA.  She is the finance director and runs the accounts; she ensures rents are transferred promptly, deposits are registered and returned and all other aspects of our invoicing and accounts are kept up to date. Kate implements the marketing strategies to maintain our business profile.  Kate also does valuations and viewings.

Kate Cousins– Branch Manager

Kate has been with Ark for nine years. As branch manager her role is to ensure the smooth running of the office, she also values property and is responsible for meeting new landlords and giving advice on property rentals. Kate also oversees the property management and works to ensure all repairs are carried out swiftly and at the best price possible.  Kate also does regular inspections on your properties to ensure that they are being well cared for and she arranges the maintenance so properties comply with safety regulations.  

Lucy Tidy – Senior Lettings Negotiator

Lucy has been with Ark for eight years and is our senior lettings negotiator. Her key role is to register our applicants and match the right people to the right home.  With our wide range of advertising she works to ensure all property details are kept up-to-date and are being marketed on our website, the major property portals and in the local press. Lucy draws up all relevant paperwork for tenants moving in and also assists with the property management and inspections.

Tabbie Brown - Lettings Negotiator

Tabbie has been with Ark for two years, her key role is to maintain our applicant list and ensure it is up to date. She carries out all of  the viewings and ensures properties are shown in their best light. Tabbie also carries out all of the referencing, credit checks and liaising with employers and landlords to gather the necessary information about prospective tenants. Tabbie also assists with any queries that arise within the office and is always on hand to resolve any issues.
